Surrey County Council – Community Resilience – What to do in the event of an emergency

Community Resilience enables communities to take control, not only to prevent but also to deal with emergency situations as and when they occur.   Whilst the Parish Council has an Emergency Plan, Emergency Planning principally remains the responsibility of  the County Council and the Borough Council.
