Surrey County Council – Community Resilience – What to do in the event of an emergency

Community Resilience enables communities to take control, not only to prevent but also to deal with emergency situations as and when they occur. The Parish Council has an Emergency Plan which is due to be updated, taking into account the skills that have been acquired by both councillors and staff.
