Sewer Flooding Questionnaire

It is extremely important that Thames Water is notified directly by householders if they experience any internal or external sewer flooding at their property.

Not only does this mean that Thames Water can respond to any incidents at the time of flooding but the company also needs this record so they are able to build a picture of the problems in all areas and provide supporting evidence from customers when seeking funding for capital projects to tackle the problem.

If you have experienced this type of flooding either last winter or previously, please fill in the enclosed questionnaire and return to Thames Water Customer Services, PO Box 508, Swindon SN38 9TU.
